Signatories
The Dutch Banking Sector Agreement was endorsed by almost all members of the NVB, who deal with project financing and corporate loans:
- As of 30 June 2018, FGH Bank N.V. merged into the Rabobank group and was therefore no longer an adhering bank to the Dutch banking sector agreement.
- As of 1 January 2017, ASN Bank N.V. integrated into the Volksbank and was therefore no longer a separate adhering bank to the Dutch banking sector agreement.
- ASR Bank N.V. has been participating as an adhering bank to the Dutch banking sector agreement. Following the participation of ASR Nederland N.V. in the Agreement on International Responsible Investment in the Insurance Sector, ASR Bank N.V. decided to terminate its participation in the Dutch banking sector agreement as of July 5th 2018.
- Intesa San Paolo (Amsterdam Branch) has withdrawn from the Agreement due to limited capacity.
