Assessment framework

The companies participating in the TruStone Initiative have committed themselves to responsible business conduct. The assessment framework contains the requirements that importing companies must meet. Companies can discharge their responsibilities in different ways, depending on, for example, the size of the company and its position in the value chain.

Risk analyses
The TruStone Initiative has independent risk analyses carried out for regions where participating importers are active. The analyses show which risks importers may be faced with and help importers to investigate the conditions in their own chains. It can also be a first step towards a joint approach to risks.
