Due diligence checklist

  • Due diligence checklist (pdf)
Questionnaire that serves as a self-assessment that helps a company understand its due diligence process.
  • Due diligence questionnaire (xlsx)
The questions cover the six steps of the due diligence process, as prescribed in the OECD Guidelines. Through the questionnaire, a company gains insight into which due diligence elements are included in its business approach and which are still missing. The completed questionnaire also provides direction for (external) communication of the company's IRBC status.
